Killer Kale Salad Recipe

Well, it is almost dangerous to try this killer kale salad at home, dangerously good, nutrient filled super food.   What does it kill?  Disease:)    This is disease fighting food.   Some people find kale to be a little bland.  Well, wait until you try this absolutely fantastic salad.

Dave's killer kale saladIngrediets:

Kale (2 Cups)
Celtic Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
Juice of half a lemon
Organic Gluten Free Tamari (1 Tablespoon)
Tahini (2 Tablespoons)
1/2 Red Pepper
Cucumber (1/4 cup)
Scallions (1/4 cup)

How to Prepare:

1.  Remove kale from veins and cut into thin pieces.  Place in a bowl with some celtic sea salt.  And mix with hands to release flavor from kale.

2. Add Lemon Juice,  Tahini, and tamari, and mix again until kale has a creamy texture throughout.

3.  Add Red Pepper, Cucumber, and Scallions, stir in.

4.  Eat up.
